Debra’s approach is evidenced based, action oriented and collaborative.

Tamaryn is looking forward to helping you explore the tools that lead to more control of your life.  She utilizes a number of evidenced-based practices in her treatment. Treatment may include Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, or Acceptance Commitment Therapy.  Tamaryn is certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy with additional training in Trauma-Informed Care and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy.   As a certified yoga instructor, she often incorporates breathing and mindfulness techniques in the therapeutic setting.  Tamaryn has provided treatment to all age ranges, but has spent over 8 years working with children, adolescents, and families who have experienced trauma.  Additional  experience includes  working with individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, self-injury, attention problems, and behavior disorders.  Tamaryn will help you find the tools that you need to leave each session feeling more empowered.  She is looking forward to finding your strengths to work with you in a collaborative manner to identify achievable goals.

Julie is experienced working with children, adolescents, and parents who are experiencing behavior disorders, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, ODD, PTSD, and various attachment disorders. Julie uses a person/child-centered approach that focuses on evidence-based treatment such and is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, and Child-Parent Psychotherapy, and is in the process of obtaining PCIT certification. 

Julie focuses on creative approaches for fostering attachment and working collaboratively with clients using their strengths to find the tools to manage life’s stressors. Julie will work with you to find balance and empowerment to better manage difficult behaviors and achieve your goals.

Laura has many years of experience working in the adoption field with children and families who’ve experienced trauma, loss, abuse, and neglect. Laura includes parents in all aspects of their child’s treatment to reach optimal outcomes for all family members.
