Debra has experience working with children, parents, couples, individual adults and families.  She is certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and has additional training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and eating disorders.  She has many years of clinical experience working with children and teens who have experienced trauma, as well as those who are transitioning from foster care to adoption.  She is experienced in working with children (and parents of children) with behavior disorders, as well as individuals, children, adults, couples, parents, and families who are affected by anxiety, depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, eating disorders, and divorce.

Tamaryn is looking forward to helping you explore the tools that lead to more control of your life.  She utilizes a number of evidenced-based practices in her treatment. Treatment may include Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, or Acceptance Commitment Therapy.  Tamaryn is certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy with additional training in Trauma-Informed Care and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy.   As a certified yoga instructor, she often incorporates breathing and mindfulness techniques in the therapeutic setting.  Tamaryn has provided treatment to all age ranges, but has spent over 8 years working with children, adolescents, and families who have experienced trauma.  Additional  experience includes  working with individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, self-injury, attention problems, and behavior disorders.  Tamaryn will help you find the tools that you need to leave each session feeling more empowered.  She is looking forward to finding your strengths to work with you in a collaborative manner to identify achievable goals.






Abigale Gudelsky, NCC, LPC

Abbey’s treatment approach includes evidence based practices and interventions/techniques, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  She has been trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Alternatives for Families Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Abbey’s experience includes working with families, older children, adolescents, young adults and adults. Abbey treats anxiety, depression, family conflict/relationship issues, trauma, and life stress. Abbey also includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills and a Person Centered approach to assist you in leading discussions and to encourage you to find the tools to manage conflict and stress. Abbey uses creativity and a collaborative approach in her treatment.  She looks forward to empowering you to use your strengths and abilities to reach your goals.







Rebecca Talisa, LCSW

Do you feel stuck and hopeless? Are you seeking change, but unsure where to begin? Rebecca's experience includes treatment with individuals, families, children, young adults, and adults. With your unique strengths and goals in mind, she provides support to help you achieve emotional, mental, and physical wellness. Rebecca treats a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-injury, grief and loss, autism, ADHD, behavioral concerns, OCD, etc. A combination of the commitment to change and a collaborative partnership will assist in movement towards achieving your goals!



Evidence-based treatment is essential to achieving wellness. Therefore, Rebecca will use a variety of evidence-based interventions and techniques. The treatment model that is chosen will match your needs and goals. Hands-on activities and creativity will also be used in treatment.
